We work with a wide range of materials, including wood, acrylic, glass, plastic and some metals. And, we collaborate across a variety of industries and professions, including artists, designers, architects and woodworkers.

In addition to helping customers with everything from prototype to production, we frequently work on projects like product design, manufacturing, signage, fashion, cards, invitations, jewelry and more.

  • Personalized Gifts & Awards

    Our laser engraving machines can engrave names, messages, and images onto a variety of gift items, including keychains, picture frames, plaques and trophies.

    We can engrave logos and other branding elements onto promotional items such as pens, mugs, and USB drives, and we can work with your org to design and manufacture original promotional items.

    We can work with you to design and produce a variety of signage and display collateral.

Materials & Files

We work with a variety of materials including wood, acrylic, paper, stone, certain leathers, cardboard, and more. We can also mark on some metals, although we cannot cut metal. Please note that we cannot work with any material containing PVC due to safety concerns.

We keep a small amount of wood and acrylic on hand. And, we have various suppliers to help you source materials you may need.

We accept DXF, PDF, EPS, and any file output by Adobe software. If you’re unsure about your file type or design, we offer a design consultation to help you get started.

Design & Proofing

Absolutely! We believe in a collaborative process to help you realize your vision. You can request a design consultation, and we provide proofs upon request. Up to two proofs are included in your service; additional proofs are offered in sets of two for $50. Simple layout changes are complimentary, while more complex changes or consultations are billed at $45/hr.

We offer up to two free proofs for your project. If further revisions are needed beyond that, they’re available at $50 per set of two proofs. Minor changes like layout adjustments won’t incur extra fees, but more detailed design modifications are charged at our hourly rate.

Pricing & Turnaround

Our pricing is based on an hourly rate of $70 with a 30-minute minimum charge, plus the cost of any materials we supply.

Turnaround times vary based on the current job queue and the complexity of your project. While we don’t usually offer same-day services, rush orders can sometimes be accommodated for an extra $75—subject to availability.

Orders, Shipping, and Pickup

A separate invoice is created for any project that need to be shipped after they're completed. We also offer local pickup and drop-off of materials during our normal business hours.

No. We collaborate with artists on unique, one-of-a-kind pieces as well as businesses requiring large-scale production runs.

Warranties

We do not offer guarantees or warranties. If you’re providing materials or products for us to work on, you’ll need to complete a waiver form.
