Laser Philly Return Policy

Our goal is to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchases. If you find that you need to return an item, please see the guidelines below for our return policy:

Return Period: Returns are accepted within 10 days of the original purchase date. 

Condition of Items: To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original, sellable condition, including all original packaging and tags. Items that are returned damaged, worn, or altered will not be accepted.

Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Refund Method: Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. If the original form of payment is unavailable, a store credit will be provided.

Exclusions and Specific Conditions:

  • Clothing Apparel: Clothing items can only be exchanged for a different size within 3 days of purchase. After 3 days, clothing items are not eligible for return or exchange.

  • Fabric-Based Objects: Items such as pillows that are fabric-based can be returned for store credit within 3 days of purchase. After this period, they are not eligible for return.

  • Final Sale Items: Sales of items marked as clearance or final sale are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Custom Orders: Customized or personalized items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Exchange Option: We offer exchanges for items of equal value within the 10-day return period, subject to the specific conditions outlined above.

Process for Returns/Exchanges: To initiate a return or exchange, please bring the item and your receipt or proof of purchase to our store. Our staff will guide you through the process.
